Our products include raw steel wire rods and customized high-quality industrial wire rods. We have the whole production process from raw wire material – pickling- spheroidizing annealing – phosphatizing wire drawing – cold heading forming – heat treatment – surface treatment – packaging – storage logistics and distribution. We have two fully enclosed automatic pickling and phosphating production lines, 50 sets of the world’s leading wire drawing machines, 38 spheroidizing annealing furnaces, and 50 cold heading machines. While meeting the individual needs of customers, we use the digital management system SAP to record the entire production process and achieve product traceability management.
